Morocco 1 – 8 September
Introduction
Morocco paragliding courses
If you’re a beginner, this is your first step to learning how to paraglide. And what a fantastic place to do it! Our BHPA (British Hang & Paragliding Association) certified course takes you from complete beginner to Elementary Pilot (EP) in 7 days or less of tuition. If we complete your EP before the end of your stay with us, we’ll start working through Club Pilot tasks (at no extra cost!). A few people manage to complete both courses and finish their trip fully qualified
EP is the first stage before going on to complete your Club Pilot (CP) qualification. Once CP qualified, you can fly unsupervised.
If you’ve already started your training, we can help you complete your Club Pilot training and have a range of terrific soaring and thermaling sites. This is an outstanding place to perfect soaring and top landing skills as we as practicing all the required Club pilot tasks. We also offer post CP development tuition which is aimed at expanding and consolidating your range of skills. This is an ideal course for either someone who is a bit rusty or newly qualified.
If you are an experienced pilot who is current and has at least 25 hours airtime, we offer a guiding package which focus on maximum airtime in some outstanding thermic conditions.
The Flying
This is the most reliable winter and spring location in the northern hemisphere. Moroccos charm and intrigue doesn’t just deliver a unique and exciting environment, it delivers super reliable coastal and ridge soaring conditions, often with light thermic conditions too.
We take a maximum of 6 students and there will be 2 Chief Flying Instructors teaching you.
Accomodation
We are based on the main take off, which is just 25 steps from your room at the fantastic Nid d’Aigle hotel.
Everything you need is on site here. We have a lounge/classroom, restaurant, spa, swimming pool, take off area, top landing area and ground handling areas.
I believe that comfortable and high quality accommodation is an important part of the learning environment. You will be staying on a half board bases. The friendly pilots lodge serves beautiful local dishes and alcohol is available at the bar. Why not chill on the rooftop lounge and take in the beauty of the massive Saharan night sky.
The swimming pool and spa await you after a long afternoons flying.
All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and you will have your own authentically decorated room. You do not need to share unless you request it.
You will have breakfast provided every morning as well as a delicious 3 course dinner every night
